This delicious white wine is made from Chardonnay grapes. Once the harvest is done, the grapes are passed through the receiving hoppers where they are destemmed (separation of the grape from the stalk), squeezed and pressed. The first must obtained, also called flower must, is transferred to stainless steel tanks where it will be kept for a few hours at 10ºC, and then an alcoholic fermentation will take place at a controlled temperature of between 15ºC and 17ºC, managing to maintain the characteristic fruity aromas of the grape.
Appearance: wine of a beautiful pale-yellow color, clean and bright, with greenish reflections, defined by the variety used.
Nose: it stands out for its elegance and complexity, with aromas of fresh white fruit such as pear, apple, and melon, with floral notes and hints of figs.
Palate: The Chardonnay grape provides smoothness and roundness. Long in the mouth, balanced, without hard extremes or aggressive acidity. It presents a great variety of flavors which are defined by the white fruit.
